Toronto experiencing more COVID-19 cases in city facilities as criticism is levelled at shelters

The latest update from Toronto has seen another jump in COVID-19 case. As of Thursday, there were 339 positive cases. In total, ¬22 people have been hospitalized and 10 are in the ICU. Now, the City of Toronto is also dealing with a number of positive cases in City-run facilities. Matthew Bingley reports.
