Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba’s chief provincial public health officer, announced one new case of COVID-19 during a Thursday briefing. Roussin said the individual is a man in his 20s living in Winnipeg. He said public health continues to investigate the case and at this point “it does appear there is a link to a previously announced case.”
