Trump hopes COVID-19 restrictions will ease by April 12

On Tuesday, more than 9,000 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the U.S., the biggest spike of any country. Yet, U.S. President Donald Trump says he wants to reopen the economy and have everyone back at work by Easter.
