Emergency measures have been triggered to allow retired doctors to return to work. Now a group of International Medical graduates of Canada is urging the government to allow to them to help during the COVID- 19 pandemic. Doctor Vahid Nilforushan spoke to Sarah MacDonald about how IMGs can help.
