Coronavirus outbreak: Quebec COVID-19 deaths climb to 5, cases rise to 181

Five people have now died in Quebec due to the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, while the number of confirmed cases in the province has climbed to 181. But as Raquel Fletcher reports, the premier says this is to be to be expected as the province is increasing its test screenings.
