Coronavirus outbreak: New order in B.C. mandates shut down of all personal service establishments

British Columbia provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry issued a new order for the province on March 21, effective on the same date, to shut down all personal service establishments until further notice, such as hair and nail salons, tattoo parlours and spas, in order to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
