Vancouver Island pharmacist creates virtual call centre

A community on Vancouver Island has created their own virtual call centre to help residents concerned about COVID-19. The City of Langford put up nearly $500,000 to connect the community with health professionals. As Brad MacLeod reports, it’s all part of a growing effort by several B.C. communities to step up and innovate in these unprecedented times.
