B.C. officials to crackdown on panic buying at local liquor and grocery stores

Despite all the public pleas from B.C. officials, store shelves are still being picked bare, as shoppers stock up on toilet paper, meat, and now alcohol. Under the new provincial state of emergency, new powers are now in place to crack down on that. Jordan Armstrong reports.
