B.C. officials enact stricter measures to save lives in COVID-19 pandemic

The B.C. government has declared a public health emergency, after recording three new deaths, and a major uptick in the number of novel coronavirus cases in the province. There are 83 new cases in the province, bringing the total to 186. Keith Baldrey reports.
