Coronavirus outbreak: Mélanie Joly tells Canadians to ‘keep calm and carry on’

Canadian Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages Mélanie Joly said on Tuesday that given the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s important for leaders and politicians to remain calm while making decisions that have “instant impacts on millions of people.” Joly reiterated that for Canadians, “the most important thing is that we keep calm and carry on.”
