Quebec premier asks that all non-essential businesses close

The Quebec government has ordered all places where people gather to close, indefinitely. This includes bars, gyms, movie theatres and more as the number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus rise in the province. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
