Canada’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Theresa Tam said on Sunday that people who are showing even mild symptoms of COVID-19 remain the most infectious, and if you show symptoms to self-isolate. She also said people with more severe symptoms should contact their health-care provider if they’re able to in order to determine possible assistance or if hospitalization is needed.
