Coronavirus outbreak: Quebec premier urges bars, movie theatres to close, restaurants to reduce capacity

Quebec Premier Francois Legault urged on Sunday that bars, discotheques, and movie theatres close in light of the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak, and urged restaurants to reduce capacity by 50 per cent in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the province.
