Leader of the opposition Andrew Scheer conveyed his best wishes for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie during Thursday’s Question Period in the House of Commons. Scheer then criticized the government for not taking stronger measures at airports to contain the COVID-19 spread. it was announced earlier Thursday that Prime Minister Trudeau is self-isolating after his wife developed flu-like symptoms and got tested for COVID-19.
