Coronavirus outbreak: Biden says they must give financial relief to public impacted by virus

Former vice president and Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden said the government must work to give financial relief to any members of the public impacted by COVID-19, including help for those without unemployment insurance and small businesses that may have to close or cut workers. He also proposed a state local emergency plan to provide resources to officials battling the virus.
