Coronavirus outbreak: Finance Minister says government is prepared to support businesses affected by virus

When discussing the potential impact COVID-19 has had on Canadian and U.S. economies including tourism and travel, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Wednesday that the government is in constant contact with the United States to ensure that they are handling the spread of the virus, and Finance Minister Bill Morneau stated that they are prepared with “multiple measures” to support businesses affected by the global outbreak.
