Coronavirus outbreak: Pelosi says some measures to protect economy can’t be done quickly enough

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi spoke about what measures Congress was considering to protect the U.S. economy amid fears over the COVID-19 outbreak, but said some of them, such as refundable tax credits and raising the minimum wage, wouldn’t be accomplished quickly enough.
