Lawyer Vicki Schmolka successfully fought Homestead Land Holdings over its proposed 7 storey residential building on the east bank of the Cataraqui River in Kingston.
The Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) has ruled the project represents ‘excessive development’ at the former Rideau Marina. She talks about why she opposed the project with Global Kingston’s Bill Hutchins.
