On Monday, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) ordered federal immigration courts to immediately remove coronavirus warning posters from courtrooms and waiting areas. Responding to the demand on Tuesday, Democratic Representative Rosa DeLauro, Chair of the Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Subcommittee that “in this public health crisis, we can’t play fast and loose with people’s health, no matter what we believe,” calling it a “moral responsibility” to deliver relevant information to the people who might be impacted by it.
