COVID-19: Grand Princess passengers begin to disembark; arrangements made to repatriate Canadians

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said on Monday that passengers on the Grand Princess cruise ship based in California would disembark by end of day and that arrangements have been made to repatriate Canadians on board the ship.
