After meeting with cruise industry executives on Saturday, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence announced that the government will be working with ocean liner companies to control the spread of COVID-19. He stated that the industry will enhance entry and exit screening, ship-board testing, as well as implement new quarantine standards for all cruise ships.
