Speaking to reporters in Tacoma, Wash., on Thursday, U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence said that business leaders and different stakeholders across the U.S. are coming together in an effort to develop therapies and eventually a vaccine for COVID-19, but that such a vaccine is approximately a year and a half from being released.
