Tribunal rules race of 6-year-old girl was factor in incident where peel police handcuffed 6-year-old girl

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario has ruled the race of a six-year-old girl was a factor after she was handcuffed by Peel Regional Police at her elementary school for 28 minutes in 2016. Erica Vella reports.
