Speaking in a press conference on Monday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said “it’s not a question of if, but when” more cases of Coronavirus will be confirmed in New York state. He added that the challenge is about containment of the number of people infected, and that the government will start testing as many people as they can, “you’re not going to eliminate the spread but you can limit it.”
