B.C. woman who may have died from neglect, starvation remembered.

A Port Coquitlam woman who police believe died from neglect and starvation was remembered at a vigil marking the annual Disability Day of Mourning. Florence Girard’s caregiver and a community care centre have both been charged in connection with her death. Grace Ke reports.
