On Saturday, British Columbia’s provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry confirmed an eighth case of COVID-19 in a woman who was visiting from Tehran, Iran. She added that the first four cases that occurred in B.C. had all “fully recovered,” and three other cases were in stable condition.
