Lethbridge reacts to 2020 Alberta budget

A day after the Alberta government tabled its provincial budget, people in Lethbridge are reacting. Post-secondary education institutions will be taking a hit, and while the mayor says the city will be able to handle the new budget, some local MLAs are raising concerns.
