Actor Lori Loughlin and her husband are claiming this week to have new evidence that shows they are innocent in the college admissions scandal, saying notes allegedly by admitted ringleader Rick Singer prove they did not bribe their daughters’ way into university. At least one former federal prosecutor says the notes bring into question not only Singer, but the government’s credibility.
