Toronto’s medical officer of health, Dr. Eileen de Villa, said on Wednesday that the new presumptive case of COVID-19 confirmed in Ontario did not appear to be connected to a recent case in B.C., where the patient had also traveled to Iran. She added that officials were currently working with the patient to determine her travel info, including the flight number of the plane she was on.
