Conservative MP says Trudeau needs to ‘stand up for Canadian jobs’ while ‘advancing cause of reconciliation’ amid railway blockades

During Tuesday’s Question Period in the House of Commons, Conservative MP for Chilliwack—Hope, B.C. Mark Strahl asked when Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will “stand up for Canadian jobs” and added that he needs to advance the “cause of reconciliation” with Indigenous peoples amid abandoned energy projects and railway blockades across the country.
