In a video posted to Real Peoples Media, Ontario Provincial Police officers tell protesters at a railway blockade in Tyendinaga Mohawk territory that CN will waive charges if they vacate the area and remove the blockade by 11:59pm on Sunday night. A CN representative is also seen in the video confirming the directive. If protesters don’t leave by the deadline officers would be in position to make arrests after midnight on Monday.
