Coronavirus outbreak: South Korean PM says he feels ‘responsibility’ as cases soar to over 400

South Korean Prime Minister Chung Sye-Kyun said on Saturday that he felt a “great responsibility” for the COVID-19 outbreak in his country, as the country’s health authority reported earlier that day the number of new cases had doubled to 433.
