Tokyo Gov. Yuriko Koike criticized a suggestion by a London, U.K., mayoral candidate on Friday that the city could host the 2020 summer Olympic Games if concerns over the COVID-19 outbreak forced organizers to look for another site. She said it was inappropriate to use the Games as a topic in a mayoral election.
