Allan and Diana Chow, two Canadians who were evacuated from the Diamond Princess cruise ship which officials said had the next highest number of cases of COVID-19 outside of China, voiced relief being back in Canada in a video on Friday. But the couple also had concerns about how the quarantine on board the ship was handled. In the video, the couple alleges even after quarantine people were still walking around or going to the buffet, and said they were concerned proper measures were not taken by the ship’s operators to safeguard its passengers.
