Health official describes conditions for quarantined Canadians in Cornwall, Ont., facility amid COVID-19 outbreak

During a press conference on Friday, Emergency Manager of the Public Health Agency of Canada Rhonda Kropp said that once the Canadians who have been repatriated from the quarantined Diamond Princess cruise ship docked in Japan arrive in Cornwall, Ont., for additional quarantine, they will be spending the majority of their time in their room, but will be allowed some time outdoors – with added rules and conditions.
