During the Millbrook Business Improvement Area’s meeting Wednesday night, a proposal was made to turn a portion of King St. between Tupper St. and Union St. into a single lane, making space for patios or expanded sidewalks.
The venture is meant to increase foot traffic, and it’s certainly got a lot of people talking.
