On Wednesday, Foreign Affairs Minister François-Philippe Champagne provided an update on the Canadians on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship, saying that of the 256 Canadians on the ship, 47 tested positive for COVID-19. He also said that passengers will begin pre-flight screening on Thursday, and asymptomatic passengers will be flown to Trenton, Ont., where they will be transferred to Cornwall for quarantine.
