Several buses carrying Hong Kong passengers from the Diamond Princess cruise ship left Yokohama pier early Thursday after being quarantined for two weeks off the coast of Japan. The buses were headed to Tokyo’s Haneda Airport, where a government chartered flight is expected to take the passengers back to Hong Kong. Over 600 cases of COVID-19 have been discovered on board, with 79 new cases announced on Wednesday.
