Trudeau government remains uncertain on resolution to blockades

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called an emergency meeting with his cabinet on Monday to discuss how to end the rail blockades in support of the protest against the Coastal GasLink pipeline in B.C. Did the meeting accomplish anything? David Akin reports.
