New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said on Monday that while his government wants to work on reforming the health care system, saying it’s “fundamental” to “saving” the system, but said the initial implementation plan was “not well thought out” and the reforms did not have support from rural communities which would have been impacted most.
