U.S. chartered planes carrying cruise ship passengers depart Tokyo to return home after COVID-19 quarantine

Two U.S. government chartered airplanes were parked at Haneda Airport in Tokyo on Feb. 17, which are set to carry Americans who were quarantined on a cruise ship due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
