Buses left the port of Yokohama, near Tokyo, early Monday carrying hundreds of U.S. citizens who had been passengers on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship. They had been under quarantine since Feb. 3 and will be taken to Haneda airport to board charter flights back to the U.S., where they will face another 14-day mandatory quarantine.
