Prime Minister Justin Trudeau responded to criticism over a photo of him with Iran’s foreign minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, who was meeting with his Canadian counterpart Francois-Philippe Champagne, saying he went to “impress upon” the importance of working together in order to complete the investigation into the downing of Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752.
