Coronavirus outbreak: Ontario health official says sharp increase in cases due to new diagnostic method

Ontario’s associate chief medical officer of health, Dr. Barbara Yaffe, said that the sharp increase in cases of COVID-19 coronavirus – now at 59,804 in China – came after Hubei Province, China announced a new, quicker diagnostic method using computerized CT scans.
