Growing number of short-term rentals in Montreal building irks resident

Manon Wascher has lived in her Guy Street apartment for 30 years but says an increase in short-term rentals in her building is having a negative impact on her life. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, while the rentals may be illegal in the downtown area, there’s not much the city can do to help.
