Animal rescue groups worried airline policy change could impact thousands of dogs

Some Calgary animal rescue groups are upset about what they believe is a policy change for flying dogs into Canada. As Gil Tucker reports, they say it will drastically increase costs and put thousands of dogs in jeopardy.
