Coronavirus outbreak: Champagne says Canadians advised against all non-essential travel to China

Foreign Affairs Minister Francois-Phillippe Champagne said on Wednesday that Canadians were being advised against non-essential travel to all of China, and any Canadians in China whose presence in China was not essential should depart “via commercial means while they remain available.”
