Coronavirus outbreak: Hong Kong to quarantine all arrivals from mainland as local cases rise to 21

Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam said on Wednesday during a press conference that it would use legislation to put anyone arriving from mainland China into compulsory quarantine for 14 days after local cases reached 21.
