Boys and Girls in City of Kawartha Lakes to recognize youth who make a difference

The Boys and Girls clubs of Kawartha Lakes is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2020.
To mark the occasion, they have launched a program to recognize the contributions to the community by youth ages 12 to 24.
