Results from the more than 1,600 Iowa caucus sites were delayed on February 3, amid scenes of confusion on the ground and what the Democratic Party called a “reporting issue”. Around the state, several coin tosses were observed to decide delegates – including at Woodland Hills Elementary School in West Des Moines, Iowa.
